Our Teams
Pilbara – Field Operations
Our Pilbara operations are the core of our business. These roles are primarily FIFO and involve working in remote and challenging environments.Positions include Drillers, Drilling Offsiders, and Field Maintenance Staff. A strong safety focus and the ability to work as part of a close-knit crew are essential.
Perth – Engineering
Our Perth-based engineering team provides technical, design, and project support to both field and workshop operations. This is a small, specialised team working closely with operations and management.
Bunbury – Workshop
Based at our Bunbury workshop, this team supports field operations through maintenance, fabrication, and repairs. Roles include trades and trades assistants working in a well-equipped workshop environment.
Bunbury – Administration
Our administration team provides essential business support across operations, logistics, procurement, and general administration. These roles are office-based and play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently.
